You are trying to connect via Xnest -query from Solaris workstation to HP/UX 11.11i (or 11.00), you are getting connected, but then fail to get login window.
Your's logs on HPUX system says:

I've tried to connect to X font server of HPUX side (and sometimes it works), but it's easier to tell dtlogin not to use "-dt-interface-* fonts.
Copy /usr/dt/config/C/Xresources to /etc/dt/config/C/Xresources, and just comment all the resources with dt-interface fonts. You may need to restart dtlogin with /usr/dt/bin/dtconfig -reset
